Rental conditions

• The lessee must be at least 18 years old with the right to sign able-bodied person.
• The Lessee reviews and agrees to the general terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement. The contract is concluded when renting a hot tub on site.
• Tenant inspects hot tub installation instructions, as well as risks and recommendations and undertakes to comply with them.
• The use of the hot tub at public events is subject to special agreement and on the basis of a separate price list.
• The length of the rental period is calculated in one calendar day. Ask for a separate offer for a longer period.
• Delivery is from 14:00 and return the next day no later than 12:00. If not before and next on the day of bookings, the rental times will be agreed.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance, the hot tub on the trailer is handed over at the location of the trailer (Source or Hüru address according to the issue).
• A deposit of € 100 is payable locally before the hot tub on the trailer transfer and shall be recorded in the handover-acceptance certificate. If no defects are found when returning the trailer, the deposit will be refunded in full.
• The hot tub and equipment must be returned clean. If the returned item needs outdoor washing, it will be calculated from the deposit down 15 eur. If the returned item needs more cleaning inside (dirt, ash, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit the amount required for cleaning.
• If the products need to be repaired after the lease, the lessee undertakes pay in full all costs incurred in the operation of the product receiving.
• The hot tub must not hold any objects during transport.
• In the event of damage, the damaged object must be compensated in full.

For example: a stove heated without water must be replaced with a new one or compensate in full. Scratched or otherwise damaged the plastic contents of the barrel must be paid for in full to replace with a new one.
